Max has been in the Real Estate industry for 44 years, having formed the Eves Real Estate group in the Bay of Plenty in 1970–still a significant player in the industry today. He has held numerous positions including serving on the national body for the Real Estate Industry for a period spanning 18 years. In 1983, as the NZ Chairman, he established Australian company The Professionals throughout NZ. Then in 1990 he came to Auckland taking up the role of Director and Principal Officer of the group then known as Harveys, and was responsible for 350 salespeople and managers under his Licence for 12 years.
In 2011 he became the Licensed Agent holder for IFPNZ Ltd, the licence holder for Mark Saunders the Director of Griffin Limited. Max is passionate about the industry and a long time advocate of good real estate practices and fair play. Jeff and Bob also own the successful G.J. Gardner Hamilton/Waikato franchise, and have done so for over 13 years. The father and son team has proven to be a winning one with the Hamilton/Waikato business being a market leader for many years. They are also a multiple award winning office for International Franchise of the Year, within the greater G.J. Gardner Homes group.
